Exhibition “Close Encounters – (un)heimliche Begegnungen”
7. June 2019@17:00-23:00Free
Dutch Artist Lars van Roosendaal presents his first solo exhibition during EuroPride 2019 from May 30 to June 16.
Van Roosendaal depicts his encounters and experiences in the gay scene of Vienna. In his works, he deals with the (in)visibility of the gay meeting places of this city, whether hidden or open, deliberately closed-off or inviting. The selected pieces show places of encounters as well as the meeting of male sexualities.
Some works are PG.
During the exhibition, both the originals and high-quality art prints in 12-colour printing process, as well as postcards, can be purchased.
Tuesday–Saturday: 5 p.m. – midnight
Sunday: 3 p.m. – midnight
